We are a minority owned General Contracting business in Charleston and will be bidding a large project in your area, The Beaufort County Animal Shelter and Hilton Head Humane Association Animal Services Complex. We always make an effort to connect with other SMBs for our projects and have used the state’s SMBCC list previously. It is a 40,000 SQ FT, two story steel structure, clad in brick, equitant rain screen, and curtainwall systems with a standing seam and flat roof. The interiors include gleam timber, decorative rails and stairs, architectural wood work, wood and acoustical ceilings, various floor finishes, interior glazing, and more. Systems include kitchen equipment, dock leveler, elevator, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, audio visual, lightning protection, automated controls, data communications, and security.
