ABOUT OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF COLIN EADY

Chef Colin is a U.S. Army Veteran with over 20 years culinary experience. His culinary background goes as far back as he watched his mother Ms. Corean Eady and his Grandmother Mrs. Mattie W. Eady in the kitchen serving the family meals, both great cooks in their own right. As I shadowed them, I learned very quickly that this was more than a job or a business, it was a passion.

When Chef Colin Eady graduated from Estill High School in 1999 he enlisted in the United States Army where he chose the MOS or job as Food Service Specialist. After Basic Training Chef went to Culinary School in VA. After cooking for years in the U.S. Army. Chef Colin went on to cook in the private sector. Chef leads his own team of culinary professionals everyday providing meals for seniors in assisted living facilities.

Chef Colin Eady’s vision is to grow the business and get his wife and six children the opportunity to work as a family unit while building a business together. He also sells his own spices, which you can view at chefceady.com
