FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS WORKSHOP

KEYS TO YOUR FIRST HOME

The decision to purchase your first home is significant and does come with it’s advantages. Your first home provides you with your own space, provides tax benefits, and most of all, a possible long-term financial gain as it increases in value. If you are seeking to gain from these benefits, you are probably wondering how it all works!

Understanding home ownership and the process should be the first step you make! Here at the BCBCC we offer a First Time Homebuyers program that will get you all of the information you need. Learn the home buying process, the different programs available for down payment assistance and no money down, and obtain a personalized home buyer plan that fits your needs.

FINANCIAL LITERACY

WE BUILD BLACK BUSINESSES

Financial literacy is the ability to understand how money works in your world; how you earn or make it, manage it, invest it, and how you donate it to help others. More than anything else, financial literacy is a set of skills and knowledge that allows you to make informed and effective decisions with the financial resources you have.

The Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce offers several courses that can get you started towards financial freedom or build on your existing knowledge and skills when it comes to your finances. These courses are a free service to our community. Take your finances to a new level!
